HAMPTON — After posting victories in the A Main and Top Dog races during last week’s season-opening program, Adam Florian of Suffolk will be looking to maintain his early momentum on Saturday as Arena Racing USA’s Hampton Roads Series returns to the Hampton Coliseum for Daily Press Kids Night.

Saturday’s lineup includes A, B and C (Rookie) Mains — 50 laps each. The top finishers from the A and B Mains will fill the 14-car starting grid for the 50-lap Top Dog finale.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and racing gets underway at 7. Drivers will be available to meet and greet fans before and after the program.

Tickets are $14 for adults, $11 for military, senior citizens and students (13-18) and $7 for children (3-12). Kids under 3 are admitted free when accompanied by an adult. Tickets are available at the Coliseum box office, TicketMaster locations and online at ticketmaster.com.

With Halloween fast approaching, kids attending this Saturday’s program are invited to don their spooky finest for a costume contest. The first 75 participants will each receive an Ice Dreams coupon, good at the Chick-fil-A on Coliseum Drive. The contest winners will get to give the command to start engines and wave the green flag.

Arena Racing USA action continues at the Hampton Coliseum on Saturday, Nov. 1, with City Employees Night. All municipal workers will get half-off the price of an adult ticket by presenting their city-issued ID at the Coliseum box office.

Saturday, Nov. 8, will be Military Appreciation Night at Arena Racing USA. Military personnel will receive half-off the price of an adult ticket when they show their ID at the Coliseum box office.
