Mr. David Johnson Hobson Young, of 1903 Jenkins Mill Road, Suffolk, went into eternal rest on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2008. He was a member of the Laurel Hill United Church. He is survived by his devoted and loving friend, Ruth Sanders.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Laurel Hill United Church. Interment will be immediately following the service at the church cemetery. The Rev. C. Sweat will be officiating the service. Visitation will begin on Friday, Dec. 5 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at Harris Funeral Home, Inc., 685 Carolina Road., Suffolk.
