Regarding the letter in Wednesday’s edition scolding you for not giving enough attention to Barack Obama, I want to give my opinion.

It seems that many people are trying to elevate Obama to a divine position. I, and thousands of others, are fed up with all the publicity given to this fake.

Sure, his election was a historic event. But he would not have been elected if the Republican Party had not fallen apart. Some smart promoters saw an opportunity to engage non-traditional means to put him in office.

Barack Obama is a very glib snake oil salesman. He has no experience in anything except politics and racism. He will probably be the one used by the leftist liberals to turn America into a socialist republic.

My television viewing and newspaper reading have been reduced more than half because of Obama’s news coverage.

I understand that some people need a hero. That’s fine with me, but don’t force me to look at his visage everywhere I go.

Thank you for not filling your paper with Barack Obama. It’s a wise choice.
