Two members and one former member of the Renegades Outlaw Motorcycle Gang admitted to participating in a gang in Suffolk Circuit Court Thursday.

William Wolf, Jerry Gurganus and Daniel Justice each pleaded guilty to a charge of gang participation. Charges of abduction and conspiracy to commit abduction were not prosecuted as part of a plea agreement.

Each received a five-year sentence, with all of it suspended. They will be on supervised probation for five years, must have no contact with the victim, and are prohibited from membership in any gang or association with gang members.

All three men were sentenced to time to serve by a General District Court judge last month. Justice received two months, Wolf received one month, and Gurganus received six months.

The charges stemmed from a Jan. 7 incident where the men confronted the victim, William Roberts, and blocked his vehicle in with their vehicle. Gurganus then struck the victim numerous times while the other two assisted.

Two days before, Justice had confronted Roberts at Monk’s Salvage Yard, while Roberts was trying to purchase an auto part. Justice struck Roberts in the face that day.

Throughout the attacks, the men told Roberts he had made the Renegade nation angry. Gurganus admitted to being National Enforcer of the gang, a national office.
