Matilda Laverne Jordan, 49, of Hobbsville, N.C., went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 13, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
The home going celebration will be at Walton’s Grove A.M.E. Zion Church, Hobbsville, on Wednesday, June 17, at 1 p.m. Viewing of the remains will take place Tuesday, June 16, from noon to 8 p.m. Interment will be in the Walton’s Grove Family Cemetery.
Hunter’s Funeral Home, 701 Highway 158 West, Gates, NC 27937, is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
