Rosa Irene Cook, 84, died at Sentara Obici Hospital on July 7, 2009 after a short battle with cancer.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 10, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk with Pete Bowman officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery.
