Stanley Arthur Holmes Jr., 74, of Suffolk, Va., passed away July 8, 2009.
A celebration of life service will be held Monday, July 13, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at Western Branch Community Church with the Rev. Steve Hassell officiating. A graveside service with military honors will be held later in the afternoon at 1 p.m. at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Friends may join the family Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., and other times at the residence.
