Dorothy Virginia Taylor, 78, of 729 Willeyton Road, Gates, N.C., died Saturday, Aug. 22, 2009 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie, N.C.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, Aug. 29, at 2 p.m. at New Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Stallings Funeral Chapel, 202 Church St., Gatesville, N.C., is in charge of arrangements.
