On Tuesday, the Suffolk News-Herald will begin offering a daily news email for residents in Suffolk and surrounding communities.

The email — which will preview the day’s top news and sports stories, along with the day’s obituaries — will be delivered to subscribers’ inboxes at 6 a.m. each morning.

“This daily news email is just a continuation of our mission to develop new products and services to better serve Suffolk,” News-Herald editor Tim Reeves said. “The addition of this feature will help expand our daily audience and provide news and information in a format that many readers will want and enjoy.

Beginning Monday, residents can register online at www.suffolknewsherald.com.

“Suffolk is a community that is going through tremendous growth and we – as the community’s newspaper – have to grow along with it,” Reeves said. “We are extremely excited about this new feature and look forward to our first email Tuesday.”
