Elisha Clifton Copeland, 75, passed away August 29, 2009. He is survived by his sisters, Shirley C. Neville of Portsmouth, Helen C. Dotson, Louise C. Holder, and Carolyn C. Hankins; and brother, Joseph Copeland.
A funeral will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation before the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be private at Copeland Family Cemetery.
