Daniel Fleming Carter, 55, of Suffolk, Va., passed away Sept. 2, 2009.
A funeral will be held Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with Pat Thames officiating. Burial will follow in Somerton Friends Meeting Cemetery. Friends may join the family Friday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
