Super Bowl champs ring in new season

Tennessee (13-3 last season) at Pittsburgh (12-4 last season)

There are very few changes for Pittsburgh seven months after its sixth Super Bowl championship. Not only does head coach Mike Tomlin bring back nearly every starter, some of the guys who are already among the elite in the league, Ben Roethlisberger, James Harrison and Heath Miller, are still in the younger stages of their careers. The Steelers could even expect bigger contributions from receivers Santonio Holmes and Limas Sweed.

With Pittsburgh’s title, Joe Flacco’s story with the Ravens and Arizona’s sudden trip to the Super Bowl, it’s easy to forget Tennessee had the best record in the NFL last year and didn’t lose until week 12. The Titans even beat the Steelers 31-14 in week 16.
