Walter Lawrence Fender Sr., 65, of Suffolk, Va., passed away Oct. 13, 2009.
A celebration of life service will be held Friday, Oct. 16, 2009 at 6 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with the Rev. David Blevins officiating.
