All-State: Nansemond-Suffolk senior Mackenzie Westfall was named to the Virginia Independent School, Division I First Team All-State Team for the 2009 season. Westfall was NSA’s main setter and was a four-year starter for the Lady Saints. Westfall led NSA to an 18-8 record, a second-place finish in the Tidewater Conference Tournament and the quarterfinals of the VIS State Tournament.
