Now, let’s move on to another matter of time. A petition is being prepared to present to City Council to ask them to eliminate the two-hour parking limit for the handicapped in the city parking lot.

Surrounding cities do not have such time limits. Should the same not apply to our citizens and to others who do business in Suffolk?
