For the third year, restaurants throughout Suffolk are gearing up for a week of good food and good business.

For the past three years, the Suffolk Department of Tourism has assembled local restaurants to participate in Restaurant Week. Participating locations offer three-course meals — appetizer, entrée and dessert. Lunches sell for $10-$15, and dinners for $20-$30.

The fixed prices allow people who normally cannot afford to eat at some of the restaurants the opportunity to eat out without compromising their budget.

Fifteen restaurants from all over Suffolk will be participating in the 2010 Restaurant Week March 20-27.
