To the editor:

Instead of the Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli suing the federal government, in a suit that he can’t possibly win, wouldn’t that money be better spent on creating jobs here in Virginia and saving our schools?

It is ironic that we have time and money to waste, while our children’s education suffers from lack of funding, and our jobless rates climb. I notice that no one suggested suing the federal government when it provided stimulus funds to help save and create jobs.

Has our new Attorney General ever considered suing the health insurance companies for the unfair and outrageous fees they charge and limitless profits that they make at our expense?

Let’s get serious and use our resources to get Virginians back to work.
