Theodore “TC” Williams, 90, of 228 North Division Street passed away on April 1. He was the beloved husband of Mrs. Florence Williams.
Mr. Williams will receive Military Honors noon, April 7th at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
