Rachel K. Jacobs of 2217 Georgia Avenue, Suffolk, passed away Friday, July 2, 2010 at her residence.
A funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at East End Baptist Church officiated by Dr. Mark A. Croston, Sr. Internment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
