James Edward Parker, 85, of Suffolk, passed away on July 14, 2010. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Roger Johnson and the Rev. Mark Burns officiating.
