Marion Lindley Parris, Sr., 80, of Suffolk, died Sept. 8, 2010.

A funeral will be held Monday at noon at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veteran Cemetery, with the Rev. Charles Thompson officiating. Friends may join the family other times at the residence.
