Faye Knight Jordan, 59, passed away Jan. 2, 2011 at Sentara Obici Hospital. She was the daughter of the late William and Margie Knight. She is predeceased by her husband Carroll W. Jordan Jr.

Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Jordan Edwards, of Isle of Wight County; four grandchildren; sister, Deborah Knight and husband, Mike McDaniel, of Albemarle, N.C.; niece, Melissa, and her three children; several cousins; life partner, Bobby Vann, and his three children.

A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Great Fork Baptist Church by the Rev. Stewart McCarter. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family. Condolences may be registered at www.rwbakerfh.com.
