Suffolk Police are seeking two suspects in a credit card fraud that has spanned two states so far.
Police say that a New York victim’s credit card number was used March 9 at 9:14 p.m. at the Wilco located in the 1500 block of Holland Road in Suffolk. The suspects used the number to purchase three cartons of Newport cigarettes, city spokeswoman Debbie George said. The same number was used about an hour later at a BP in Franklin.
Images of the suspects were captured on surveillance video. Both were black males, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 7 inches. They were reported to have Jamaican accents and were driving a light-colored, crossover-type vehicle, George said.
