Suffolk police are seeking a man wanted for contempt of court, hoping to question him on other charges, according to a press release from the city.

The man is Treveon Delon Clemons, 22, of the 4500 block of Marlin Avenue.

According to the release, he has been wanted for contempt of court since December 2009. Police now want to question him regarding credit card theft and credit card fraud.

Clemons is 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds.

Detective John Jones is the lead investigator on the case.
