Justin Scott Gromlich, 27, of Windsor, Va., passed away on Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011, in Newport, R.I. A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, Aug. 19, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with Father Mike Joly officiating. Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
