Betty Joe Batten Rawls, 85, passed away Oct. 7, 2011, in Suffolk, Va.

At her request, a private family graveside service was held at Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family would like to thank Mrs. Kathleen Gilchrist, Priscilla McDowell and Alpha and Omega Home Health for their care.
