Vera Jeffery Plumley, 95, of Suffolk, Va., and formerly of Leonardsville, N.Y., passed away on Sept. 22, 2011. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011, at Lake Prince Woods at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Woodie Rea officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Prospect, N.Y.
