Police are seeking a suspect in a Friday night robbery of a gas station.

Just after 11 p.m. on Friday, a black male entered the Exxon station at 801 W. Constance Road. He was described as a black male, about 20 years old with a small frame, who wore thermal underwear covering his head, city spokeswoman Debbie George said.

He entered the business, approached the clerk, displayed a handgun and demanded money, George said. After receiving a small amount of money from the clerk, he fled on foot. No one was injured.

Anyone who has information is asked to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Callers to Crime Line never have to give their names or appear in court, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
