Mrs. Florence Marie Harper Blount, 2210 E. Washington St., Apt. 900, departed this earthly life on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, in Richmond, Va. A funeral of triumph will be held on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at noon at the New St. Paul’s Holiness Church. Burial will be in the Poplar Run Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 201 Brook Ave., Suffolk, Va. Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the home going service.
