To the editor:

I live in South Suffolk (God’s country), and we do not have access to Charter cable or Internet where we live.

Charter will not provide Internet to us, because the people who live out here do not know they should call and complain about it or request it. Charter says that no one will use its services in South Suffolk.

Charter is wrong. We need something, and I would like to get the word out that people should call and Charter and ask that they help us.
