Raymond Washington Latimore, known as “Wild Bill” to the neighborhoods of Church Street and Grandy Village in the city of Norfolk. He was born on July 10, 1922, and departed us on April 16, 2012. The family welcomes all friends to the memorial service being held at 3 p.m. at The Church After God’s Own Heart, located at 7110 Clayton Drive, Norfolk, VA 23513. Services have been entrusted to Keith Matthews Funeral Home in Norfolk, Va.
