A coaches’ meeting for those who would like to participate in the Suffolk Parks and Recreation co-ed adult kickball league will be held at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 22 at Mack Benn Jr. Recreation Center, 1253 Nansemond Parkway.

Games will be played at Wellons Park, 132 Pender St., on Wednesday nights between 6:30 and 10:30 p.m. Opening day is scheduled for Aug. 29.

There is a fee of $200 per team. Registration will run through Aug. 17. Teams may register online at www.suffolkva.us/parks or at the Parks & Recreation Administration Office, 134 S. Sixth St.
