Rosa Lee Whitfield, 88, of Suffolk, Va., departed this life on Aug. 25, 2012 at Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, Va. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, at 1 p.m. at the Faith Temple Apostolic Holiness Church in Suffolk, Va., with the Elder Elton Hall Jr., eulogist. Burial will follow in the Carver Memorial Cemetery in Suffolk, Va. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012, from 1 to 8 p.m. at the Gates location and on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
