King’s Fork High School will play host to the Second Annual Bulldog Christmas Tournament featuring four basketball games daily starting Thursday and running through Saturday.
There will be eight teams arranged into brackets with each team getting to play three games over the course of the tournament. Teams that are 2-0 after the first two days will play for the championship on Saturday.
In an effort to give teams a fresh challenge, King’s Fork head coach Josh Worrell arranged the match-ups so that squads from the same region will not face each other unless they both advance to the same game on Saturday.
Each day’s games will begin at 3 p.m. with each subsequent game following on the heels of the previous one. Thursday will feature Churchland versus Salem, Lakeland against Woodside, Granby against Kellam and King’s Fork versus Menchville.
The price for admission each day will be $10 for adults and $8 for children under 10. The doors will open at 2 p.m. each day.
