Skylar Ann Davis was born on April 23, 2011 then passed away March 15, 2013.

She was born in Suffolk, Va., the daughter of Christa Kay Testerman and Chase Eugene Davis Sr. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, Lewell Eugene Davis. She is survived by her maternal great-grandparents, Jacqueline and James Testerman; paternal great-grandmother, Mattie Louise Davis and Ardell Polensky; paternal grandmother, Rhonda Elaine Davis; maternal grandparents, Kimberly Sieber and Christopher Lee Testerman Sr.; sister, Kayleigh; brothers, Hunter, Dakota and Chase Jr.; aunts and uncles, Deanna Testerman, Jeremy Sieber (Ashley Morrisette), Chance Davis and Chastity Davis; and numerous other great-aunts and -uncles, and cousins.

A service will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at 4 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating. Donations may be made to the funeral home. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
