Frances Juanita Redd Spivey, 89, passed away April 11, 2013. A funeral service will be held Saturday, April 13, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. T.A. Powell officiating. A time of visitation will follow the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
