Diamond Ca’Mya Allen passed away at Sentara Obici Hospital on July 25, 2013. She was the daughter of DeAndre Claiborne and Charmaine Allen, of Suffolk.

Diamond attended Nansemond Parkway Elementary School, where she was an honor student. Diamond was a beautiful, caring and smart girl with a huge heart.

Diamond leaves to cherish her memory two sisters, Destiney Boykins and Syeniya Artis both of Suffolk; four brothers, Davion Allen, D’Angelo Dillard, Quandre’ Claiborne and Danosh Rodgers, all of Suffolk; grandparents, Pamela Ruffin and Steve Ruffin, Cora Allen and Timothy Allen.

A funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at Oak Grove Baptist Church officiated by the Rev. Sylvia Murphy. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Condolences may be extended to the family at www.crockerfuneralhome.com.
