Chesapeake police are seeking a man who was captured on surveillance video taking a wallet from a purse left unattended in a shopping cart on Sept. 11 and Sept. 21.

Both offenses occurred at the Walmart in the 2400 block of Chesapeake Square Ring Road. Anyone with information should call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Callers to Crime Line never have to give their names or appear in court and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
