Druscilla Owens of Virginia Beach died Sept. 25, 2013, in her residence. Funeral services were held at noon, Friday, Oct. 4, 2013, at Mount Bethel Baptist Church in Virginia Beach. Burial followed at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Sterling Brook Funeral Home, Windsor, was in charge.
