Katherine Williams “Betty” Hundley, 90, passed away Oct. 26, 2013, at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Victoria Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Hundley, and her sister, Helen C. Williams.

Katherine worked in the office of Duke Automotive, retiring in 1980. She was an active member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Suffolk and, after moving to Virginia Beach, she was an active member of All Saints’ Episcopal Church.

She is survived by her son, Robert W. Hundley and wife, Patricia, of Suffolk; grandchildren, Adrienne Hoffman and husband, Thomas, of Leesburg, Matthew Hundley and wife, Cynthia, of Manassas, Susan Victoria Hundley, of Suffolk; great-grandchildren, Noah and Clara Hoffman; and a cousin, Marion Rowell, of Chesapeake.

A memorial service will be held by the Rev. Dr. Keith Emerson and the Rev. Dr. Stan Sawyer at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 213 N. Main St., Suffolk, VA 23434. A reception will follow the service in St. Paul’s Parish Hall.
