Cheer Extreme Hampton Roads will be holding a free variety clinic for all ages on Nov. 9 from 2 to 6 p.m.

It will include evaluations for mid-season competition team tryouts and non-competition team tryouts this year, dance class registration and tumble class demonstrations and signs-ups.

Refreshments will be provided.

Cheer Extreme Hampton Roads is located at 5164 West Military Highway, Building 14 in Chesapeake, next to the Hampton Roads Executive Airport.
