Linda L. Asbell

SUFFOLK — Linda Loehr Asbell, 67, passed away Nov. 9, 2013. Born in Petersburg, she was the daughter of the late William and Dorothy Loehr.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Bunch Asbell; sons, W. Andrew Asbell and wife, Valerie, of Madison, Mo., Chris Asbell and wife, Emily, of Suffolk; grandchildren, Drew Asbell, Ashton Asbell, Landry Asbell, Connor Asbell and Jackson Asbell; and sister, Katherine White, of Citra, Fla.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013, at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk, VA 23434 with the Rev. Dr. Donald Jones and the Rev. William Morris officiating. Burial will be at Holly Lawn Cemetery, 1525 N. Main St., Suffolk, VA 23434. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013, at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk, VA 23434.
