Elizabeth Mitchell, of Virginia Beach, died on Jan. 21, 2014. A celebration of her life will be held at noon, Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014, at the Rehoboth Baptist Church, 182 S. Bird Neck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. Visitation will be Jan. 27, 2014, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the church. Sterling Brook Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Windsor, 242-3600, is handling services.
