A funeral service will be held on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory with Chaplain Charles A. Rowland officiating. Burial will follow at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
