Suffolk police are seeking five unknown suspects after a report of a Thursday night robbery.

The 18-year-old male victim reported he was robbed at gunpoint by the group about 10:20 p.m. in the 200 block of Lewis Avenue. He gave them personal identifying information, city spokeswoman Diana Klink said.

The investigation is ongoing.

Anyone who has information is asked to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or text the keyword SPDVATIP and the tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Tipsters never have to give their names or appear in court, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
