Pamelia H. Loving, 85, died at home on March 11, 2014. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 14, 2014, at 2 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church with the Rev. Keith Emerson officiating. Her ashes will be privately interred at Monticello Memory Gardens in Charlottesville.
