Suffolk police and the fire marshal’s office responded on Saturday to the picnic area of the Holland Athletic Park in the 6600 block of Holland Road, where they allegedly found four juveniles with materials used to create bottle bombs.

They responded following a 911 complaint that the individuals were making bottle bombs.

One of the four allegedly had aluminum foil and a cleaning product in his possession, city spokesman Tim Kelley said.

There was no damage to property and no injuries reported. The incident remains under investigation, Kelley said.
