Grace O’Berry Stephenson, 91, of Windsor, died Monday, June 16, 2014, at Consulate Health Care in Windsor. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2014, at Living Hope Community Fellowship, 10001 Fire Tower Road, Windsor, VA 23487, with Pastor Kevin L. Payne officiating. Burial will follow at Central Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
