The bicycle and float parade in Eclipse has been canceled, organizers say.

The remainder of July 4 festivities in Eclipse still are set to go on. They include an opening ceremony inside Ebenezer United Methodist Church’s Family Life Center at 11:30 a.m.; food sales from noon to 3 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m.; family fun on the church’s soccer fields from noon to 3 p.m.; music by the Nate Sparks Band and Blues Brothers from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.; and fireworks beginning at 9 p.m. Call 238-2359 for more information.
