Rosa “Rose” Lassiter Parks, 97, died on Sept. 4, 2014. A funeral service will be held Sunday, Sept. 7, 2014, at 2:30 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. Don Milner officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
